DOMESTIC DELIVERY POLICY
All orders are processed within 1-2 business day. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery rates & delivery estimates
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Delivery
Estimated Delivery Time : 2-3 Business Days
Standard Delivery: £5.95
Standard Delivery (Above 6kg): £9.95
Standard Delivery (Above 25kg): £18.95
Standard Delivery (Above 50kg): £29.93
Please note for orders over 25 Litres, delivery may take 5 Business Days.
IBC Deliveries
A lorry with a Tail Lift fitted, will be be used for all deliveries of IBC’s.
Please note that due to health and safety a Fork Lift is required on site for the delivery of an IBC.
All orders placed before 10am (Monday to Friday) are dispatched on the same day.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Delivery confirmation & Order tracking
All orders are sent using a tracked or signed for service. If your order does not arrive by the estimated date of delivery, please contact us at info@vegetableglycerine.co.uk to obtain a tracking report.
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
Damages
Vegetableglycerine.co.uk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at info@vegetableglycerine.co.uk so we can file a claim with the courier company as soon as possible.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and take photo evidence of this.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY POLICY
Currently international deliveries can not be made directly from the website.
